A big milestone in my cooking journey: to finally cook and host in my hometown island, in Brasil. I created a menu to celebrate the local produce and introduced Japanese elements surprising the guests.
🥥 Ingredients brought from São Paulo, Netherlands, Paris and even Turkey came together with a breathtaking background view of the lake, the dunes and the rich flora of Brasil.
🏝️ It was such a joy to stroll through the markets my parents used to take me with the curiosity of a cook, tasting and testing everything. I look forward to doing this more often
