I met Nori and Chihiro last year at a wine event, and shortly after we were pairing our food with their delicious wines at the KINTO event - what an evening that was!

Every time we meet for a coffee, we leave the meeting dizzy with so many exciting ideas for collaboration, and that is what I love most about our partnership. Gubi Gubi is the first and only importer in Europe specializing in Japanese wines. Many of my friends have been gifted their wines, their bottles even traveled with me to Brazil and New York.

On Saturday, July 6th, we are coming together for another edition of sakai . cooks to celebrate our friends from Gubi Gubi. I’ll cook, they’ll pour.
